Natalie’s Frothed Milk

Natalie’s easy-peasy recipe for a heartwarming chocolate breakfast – simple, quick, and 100% delicious.

How to make it

    Peel and core the pears.

    Cut into cubes and put in the cooking pot with the all the other ingredients. If the pears are not very juicy, you can add a little water.

    Stew on a gentle heat and let simmer until you get a soft compote. You can also mix the compote for an extra smooth result.

    Froth the milk using steam or a handy milk frother.

    Pour the warm milk into your favorite mug.

    Add that “big tablespoon” of chocolate granola.

    Stir slowly and let the chocolate melt into the warm milk.

  • plant-based milk (we used the barista edition oat milk from Oatly) 100 ml
  • of #9 Chocolate Banana Granola 1 (very big ☺) tablespoon
