Smoothiebowl with raspberries and almond paste

This bright pink breakfast bowl guarantees to start the day in a good mood. No raspberries at home? This smoothie is also irresistibly delicious with blueberries.

How to make it

    Cut the banana into slices, put together with all the other smoothie ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

    Taste and season with some cardamom if necessary.

    Pour into a bowl and finish off with a generous handful of granola.

    Optionally add some fresh fruit.

Tip: Feel free to experiment with a mix of (frozen) red fruit.

  • ripe banana 1
  • soft dates, medjoul type 2
  • raspberries, fresh or frozen 150 gr.
  • almond paste 1 tbsp
  • grated ginger 1 tsp
  • cardamom 1 pinch
  • granola 40 gr
  • optionally some fresh fruit
